Supports Leader in various executive and team meetings (internal/external) by ensuring artifacts and agenda required are prepared/approved, meetings are running efficiently, and actions/notes are tracked to completion

Operationalizes, implements and integrates program business requirements
Develops artifacts, presentations and content
Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals
Collects, organizes and provides data and metrics according to established processes within the management system
Supports the coordination and clarifies analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals and develop business cases
Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case
Manages and updates operating tools (SharePoint, website, file shares, distribution lists, etc.)
Requirements
5+ years' experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment
5+ years' experience working with senior leaders/executives to establish and execute on strategic plans and objectives
5+ years' experience in a previous role where meticulous attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality was paramount
3+ years' of experience in interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to management
3+ years' or experience developing and reporting performance metrics
Bachelor's degree or higher
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
Must be highly flexible, adaptable, and proactive in anticipating business needs
