About this role
Role Overview
Provide strategic ownership, governance and configuration of workday modules such as advanced comp, benefits, absence, time-tracking and reporting & analytics.
Establish and enforce system governance, change management, and release management practices.
Manage and optimize all essential HR policies, including leave, pay rules, and time tracking, within the system.
Design and deliver insightful reports, dashboards, and workflows to enable data-driven decision-making.
Maintain alignment between the HRIS and the organization's evolving structure, including adding new departments and managing structural changes.
Implement robust controls to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with internal and external standards.
Directly manage and mentor one Senior HRIS Analyst, setting clear priorities, performance expectations, and supporting professional development.
Ensure all consulting partners adhere to internal standards, security requirements, and the long-term system strategy.
Manage workload, review team deliverables, and ensure timely resolution of all system requests, issues, and enhancements.
Create scalable processes to facilitate effective global collaboration across different time zones.
Requirements
6+ years of hands-on, in-depth Workday experience.
Proven success operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to analyze and optimize HR processes by effectively leveraging technology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in creating and utilizing Workday reports, dashboards, and workflows.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in complex or challenging situations.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.
Experience using HR technology to support and drive organizational scaling.
