Requirements
A strong ability to facilitate engaging learning experiences for both small and large groups, ensuring every session is focused, effective, and outcome-driven.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex product information into clear, actionable, and memorable training content.
A highly collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams and building strong relationships with Sales, Product, Marketing, and other key partners.
Strong organizational, planning, and project-management skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
A detail-oriented approach combined with sound decision-making, ensuring training programs are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.
Familiarity with tools that support modern learning environments; such as LMS platforms, eLearning authoring tools, or content-creation software
is a plus.
