Source, recruit, screen, interview, assess, and recommend candidates for engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, and supply chain opportunities
Represent Nikkiso at job fairs and other networking events
Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers, qualify job requirements, create recruiting plan, and develop recruitment marketing strategy
Review compensation guidelines, consider external market data, recommend salary range placement, and negotiate salary offers
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing business or HR related publications, establishing industry networks, and/or participating in professional associations
Requirements
BA in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field
7+ years of talent acquisition experience
PHR Certification or SHRM Certified Professional or SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus
Knowledge of employment law, recruiting practices, and selection procedures
Experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System a plus
