Responsible for the execution of in-season allocation and replenishment strategies
Sales and inventory analysis for brand stores and/or our ecommerce
Oversee inventory levels to ensure appropriate product availability
Managing the overall replenishment process for a subset of brand stores and/or factory outlets
Analyzing store level inventory and sales to determine trends and maximize sales opportunities
Making recommendations on store levels and products based on sales data and store feedback
Identifying and highlighting any concerns in inventory levels and investigating solutions
Working closely with stores/outlets regarding product flow and replenishment flow
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights into retail functions
Creating stock transfers and/or return authorizations in season to maximize sales
Liaising with the warehouse, stores, and merchandising teams to coordinate integration of replenishment
Assisting with preparation of management reports and historical re-caps

You have 2+ years in a planning, allocations, or merchandising environment
You thrive in a fast-past, ever changing retail environment
You can identify and communicate key business insights to management and team
You have strong data analysis skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Excel
You have a love of retail and an ability to always stay consumer focused
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
