Role Overview
- Top-of-funnel talent identification
- Finding and engaging qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies
- Conducting initial pre-screens before candidates advance to a recruiter for deeper qualification
- Perform candidate searches using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
- Draft high-quality InMails and outreach messages to engage candidates
- Review resumes and profiles for alignment with role requirements
- Source for both hourly and salaried roles across multiple teams
- Partner with recruiters to understand role needs and priorities
- Join stakeholder conversations when deeper alignment or role clarification is needed
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal partners
- Maintain organization while supporting multiple roles simultaneously
- Maintain accurate information within the ATS (Lever experience preferred)
- Track outreach, pipeline movement, and sourcing activity
- Support overall process improvements within the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
- 1–2 years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
- Experience sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
- Strong writing skills, especially in creating effective outreach messages
- Ability to identify high-quality talent aligned with role requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable communicating with all levels of the business
- Experience with ATS systems (Lever preferred)
- Experience sourcing hourly and salaried roles
- Experience sourcing across multiple departments
- Knowledge of advanced search techniques including Boolean logic
