Role Overview
- Analyze, maintain, develop, and support business needs for Standards, Quality, and Field Engineering teams
- Provide technical support for various processes, reports, and database systems
- Review and assess invoices for contracted engineering work
- Support project management activities, data gathering, process development, and corporate initiatives
- Update websites, online forms, and standards
- Uphold safety compliance standards
- Learn and apply process improvement methodologies
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in business, economics, finance, or related
- 5 years quantitative/qualitative analysis experience
- Experience with relational database systems (querying, analysis, reporting)
- Solid written, interpersonal, and group communication skills
- Proficiency in Access, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, statistical software, SAP Business Warehouse, and Cognos
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience providing guidance to lower staff
- Ability to take initiative and work independently or as part of a team
