Oversee and coordinate various IT projects to ensure they align with business goals and technology strategic objectives
Develop and implement strategic plans for IT programs, including setting project goals, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery
Manage program and project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently
Identify potential risks to the success of projects and develop comprehensive mitigation plans
Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication
Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, changes, and any issues that arise
Track project milestones and assess the performance of projects
