About this role
Role Overview
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Act as a bridge between business teams and IT, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
Work with development teams to design technical solutions that meet business needs.
Assist in the creation and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet requirements.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions.
Write and optimize SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting needs.
Drive business analysis efforts related to data integration within the platform and with external parties.
Develop and execute test plans for user acceptance testing.
Work with various stakeholders including business leaders, external sales and technology teams, internal sales teams, and other Employee Benefits team members.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical role.
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.
SQL Proficiency: Comfortable and familiar with writing and optimizing SQL queries.
Data Integration: 5+ years working with data integrations, systems analysis, or business analysis.
Technical Skills: Skilled with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Analytical Skills: Strong desire to understand end-to-end system impacts.
Productivity: High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization, and accuracy.
Employee Benefits Experience is a plus, but not required.
