Drive new business by engaging qualified leads through strategic outreach, including phone calls and personalized email campaigns
Manage and grow a sales pipeline using discretion, independent judgment, and initiative
Accurately track sales activities and forecast revenue through Salesforce
Develop and execute a high-volume sales plan to boost revenue and build brand visibility
Meet and exceed key performance metrics, including outreach and engagement goals
Prospect new opportunities while effectively managing multiple leads through the sales funnel
Synthesize and leverage market data to craft relevant, tailored outreach
Collect and document prospect feedback to refine messaging and improve sales strategies
Requirements
2-3+ years of proven success in enterprise B2B sales, business development, and strategic lead generation within infrastructure, energy, or financial markets
Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong understanding of financial concepts and market dynamics (infrastructure and energy knowledge a plus)
Must be based within commuting distance of our New York office or willing to relocate; hybrid work arrangement with in-office presence at least 3 days per week
