Role Overview
- Manage a QSR restaurant or small cluster of restaurants
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness, staffing and operational standards
- Deploy staff and resources to maximize profitability
- Interview job candidates and handle staff changes
- Train new managers and associates in wellness check protocols
- Monitor and maintain restaurant equipment and safety standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management
- Documented skills managing QSR restaurants or similar complexity
- Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for a portion of experience
- Knowledge of HMSHost policies, service, quality and operations standards
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policies
