Actively champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns
Assist in all store departments, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations
Work closely with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives
Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives
Adhere to all Crocs policies, including Asset Protection procedures
Requirements
Must be 16 years or older
Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
A team first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
