Manage complex, multi-stage interview loops for software engineering and technical product roles across various time zones.
Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience.
Partner closely with hiring managers and interview panels to optimize calendar availability.
Maintain meticulous data integrity within Greenhouse, ensuring all candidate records and interview stages are updated in real-time.
Assist with identifying and engaging passive technical talent through Endorsed & LinkedIn Recruiter.
Conduct initial profile screenings to ensure candidates meet cultural core values as well as experience needed.
Execute sourcing strategies that prioritize a diverse candidate pool.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations within a fast-paced technology environment.
Demonstrated ability to source for technical roles and a foundational understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Talent Tools Proficiency with Greenhouse or a similar ATS system, LinkedIn Recruiter, Endorsed or similar sourcing tools (Gem, Tofu), as well as Google Suite, Zoom, & Slack
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex scheduling conflicts with poise and clarity.
A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
