About this role
Role Overview
- Meet or exceed sales quotas/objectives for ADC Products
- Collaborate with various channels, Managed Care, Retail and Point of Care representatives
- Establish strong relationships with a broad base of internal and external health care constituents (e.g., physicians, nurses, pharmacists, CDEs)
- Act in a friendly, respectful, adaptive manner and focus on the needs and interests of others
- Keep current on internal and competitive products and positioning by utilizing various resources
- Understand and convey information professionally and accurately
- Effectively plan for and follow through with short
- and long-term results based on business trends and develop plans that include goals, action plans, time frames, and appropriate resources
- Keep current in market trends and competitor strategy
- Engage in sales-focused activities including positioning products and services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 2-4 years previous experience with commendable sales track record from previous positions preferably in health care industry
- Excellent communication skills
- High energy
- Integrity and ambition to succeed
- A strong preference given to candidates with 4+ years of relevant experience
- Diabetes clinical knowledge and experience calling on Endocrinologists
