Lead engagement with court decision-makers, including executive officers, judges, clerks, and IT directors
Identify, qualify, and secure partnerships with court systems to expand data and document access
Build and manage a robust pipeline of court access opportunities, supported by CRM tracking and reporting
Develop and execute regional and national engagement strategies, including conferences, roundtables, and direct outreach
Advocate for the shared public benefits of data-sharing relationships and increased judicial transparency
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment on legal, technical, and operational requirements for court partnerships
Educate stakeholders on how LexisNexis solutions enhance access, analytics, and efficiency within the justice ecosystem
Contribute insights to product and policy teams to inform strategy and ensure sustainable, compliant data acquisition
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven success with 3+ years in business development, government relations, or public-sector enterprise sales, ideally within the legal or technology industries
Strong consultative and strategic selling skills — able to navigate complex stakeholder environments with professionalism and tact
Deep understanding of or curiosity about legal technology, judicial administration, and public-sector data ecosystems
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of earning trust with senior judicial officials
Highly self-motivated and organized, able to manage long sales cycles and multiple engagements simultaneously
Willingness to travel regularly within the U.S. for meetings, conferences, and stakeholder events
