About this role
Role Overview
Lead our worldwide Compensation and Benefits functions
Develop and lead a global Total Rewards strategy aligned with the firm’s business priorities
Oversee global compensation program design, including equity analytics and pay transparency frameworks
Guide compensation modeling, scenario planning, and budgeting in partnership with Finance
Lead global benefits strategies evaluating competitiveness and cost effectiveness
Drive global HR data governance, reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics
Implement streamlined, technology-enabled workflows to support professional services process maturity
Maintain expertise in regulatory requirements across global markets
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience leading global Total Rewards functions (Compensation, Benefits and Wellness)
Experience administering and optimizing Workday for compensation and benefits functions
Demonstrated success leading complex compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries
Proven ability to present to senior leadership and partner committees with clarity, influence, and strategic insight
Track record of driving process improvement, operational excellence, and systems modernization within an evolving HR environment
