Under the direction of the Account Director, manage specific Account Services activities for assigned clients, including developing and executing revenue growth strategies
Develop compelling briefs and Statements of Work (SOW) to guide internal team members
Lead internal cross-functional core teams and clients on strategic plans and execution of pharmaceutical communications initiatives
Understand client challenges and lead teams to deliver novel solutions
Monitor and manage activities to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Foster collaboration between departments to ensure innovative solutions
Ensure team compliance with client contracts, timelines, and budgets
Support the development and presentation of high-quality deliverables
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in medical/marketing and account/client services support and/or project management
History of successful management of more than 1 million dollars of fee/year (preferred)
Specific industry and/or therapeutic expertise is required
Substantial experience leading at least 3 of the following activities: medical education activities, medical communications campaigns, promotional medical/marketing initiatives, strategic communications planning, advisory boards, key clinical expert identification and development
