About this role
Role Overview
Lead the design and evolution of Salesforce solutions
Partner with senior business stakeholders to identify business challenges
Own the end-to-end delivery of CRM and insights initiatives
Define and enforce standards for CRM data models, reporting, and insight delivery
Design and oversee Salesforce automation solutions using Flow and Apex
Lead cross-functional engagements across service lines and departments
Develop and deliver executive-level insights and recommendations
Proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities
Mentor CRM Insights Analysts and related team members
Support adoption and change management by ensuring CRM solutions are intuitive
Requirements
Proven experience working in large, complex Salesforce instances
Deep understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) best practices
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce automation patterns
Strong experience designing and governing Salesforce security and access models
Experience owning CRM or analytics initiatives end-to-end
Experience supporting CRM solutions in sports, entertainment, venue management, or live events environments
Understanding of seasonality, event-driven revenue, and contract-based partnerships
Familiarity with integrating or working alongside ticketing platforms
Experience working in organizations with multiple properties
