Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of AI tools, technologies, and software packages
Optimize the enterprise content development operating model
Train and coach L&D team members on effective use of AI tools
Develop and maintain AI governance frameworks for L&D content
Lead pilot programs to test new AI capabilities and learning modalities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Learning Solutions, Tech@Lilly, and business area L&D

Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Human Resources, or related field
5+ years of experience leading learning experience design and content creation for large global audiences
2+ years of hands-on experience working with AI tools for learning (generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, AI-powered learning and authoring platforms)
Experience meeting compliance and regulatory requirements for training content in regulated industries, including GXP environments
Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, visual design, and content development methodologies
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
Self-directed with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Familiarity with prompt engineering techniques, agents, and guidelines for working with large language models
Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI principles
