Providing billing services and account reconciliation support for Solventum’s customers and internal personnel
Handling internal and external customer inquiries, claims, complaints; interpreting policies, investigating problems; and communicating with other departments and providers to research and resolve issues, identifying and implementing service solutions
Participating in relevant corporate programs/initiatives
Ensuring professional, quality and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties
Complying with corporate policies and procedures while acting in a manner consistent with Solventum’s values and ethical standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 1 years of Billing and/or Accounting experience OR High School Diploma/GED from AND 5 years of Billing and/or Accounting experience
Billing Experience in a private, public, government or military environment
2 years of PC experience, including experience Microsoft Office products
