Ensure the accurate and timely execution of core business operations across billing, pricing, contracts, cost of sales recovery, and payables/receivables.
Act as the operational hub for program communications, data stewardship, and day-to-day process administration.
Manage foundational processes that enable smooth operation of the business and commercial environments.
Coordinate with international market commercial leaders, sales, customer experience, finance, and procurement teams.
Use PowerBI routinely to pull reports and manage/monitor billable jobs for US and select international markets.
Create and send monthly activity reports to select sales reps in the US and international markets.
Create sales orders using SAP and issue billing and invoicing for US genetics products.
Work with the master data team to appropriately create and assign SKUs to new products.
Manage account/billing holds and work with the credit/collection team to resolve payment delinquencies.
Rectify customer billing and pricing issues by issuing credit memos.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in business operations, preferably within a commercial or cross-functional environment.
Demonstrated experience working with enterprise business systems such as SAP, ARIBA, Business Objects, and Power BI, with the ability to execute tasks accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Experience with vendor setup, purchase order processing, invoice management, and cost of sales recovery processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
Strong working knowledge of financial and operational workflows, including billing, accounts receivable/payable, and pricing administration.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high levels of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Occasional onsite work required based on business needs.
