Role Overview
- Develops, evaluates, and implements pricing strategies and models
- Conducts research and performs competitive pricing analysis
- Monitors ongoing competitive environment
- Partners with sales/marketing, business development, and finance to establish pricing programs
- Analyzes prices in the external marketplace
- Verifies pricing and clears related blocks in ERP
- Creates/administers pricing databases and coordinates implementation
- Maintains trending knowledge of products, competitors, technology, and customers
Requirements
- Typically 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Thorough knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts in area of discipline
- Competent in all job functions with general understanding of industry practices, techniques, and standards
