The Service Manager oversees repair services and parts operations.
Manage daily service schedules, crew assignments, and job oversight.
Review project timelines and communicate updates to service teams.
Assist with estimating, quoting, and customer follow-up.
Lead, coach, and develop service technicians and crews.
Manage parts ordering and material coordination.
Address escalated customer or employee concerns.
Requirements
High school diploma required.
Associates degree or higher; we will also consider equivalent experience as a service manager or similar role preferred.
Experience in one or more of the following: Service or repair industries, Fabrication, welding, or technician roles, Project management or customer service, Transportation or fleet management, HVAC or automotive service.
Valid drivers license with acceptable MVR.
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT physical card.
