Chief of Staff – Datacenter Systems and Solutions

Role Overview

• Owns completion of high-level activities directly for a member of Intel’s executive team
• Provides counsel to executives in assisting and/or driving business decision making process
• Sets agenda for leadership team and drives accountability for OKRs and team deliverables
• Works directly with the broader organization to help set priorities and understand gaps
• Coordinates group activities and cross-functional initiatives, leading or contributing to strategic projects
• Provides department leaders with recommendations to improve teamwork
• May provide support and oversight for special projects and initiatives
• Assists the executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies
• Works with leadership to monitor and communicate progress towards goals
• Distills large volumes of business information into clear insights for executives and/or employees
• Prepares material for strategic or operational reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
• 10+ years of business experience, preferably in the technology industry
• Project/program management experience across a highly matrixed organization
• Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a technology product and ecosystem role
