About this role
Role Overview
- Partner with Residential, HVAC, & Commercial business group leadership
- Conduct research and analysis of business opportunities
- Evaluate geographic expansion opportunities
- Collaborate on execution plans for markets
- Planning and preparation of business proposals
- Act as liaison between Category Management and branches/field
- Lead development of key projects and business deals
- Prepare documents for meetings and discussions with clients
- Maintain contact with key decision makers internally and externally
Requirements
- 2+ years of business development experience preferred
- 5+ years of industry experience in Plumbing & HVAC products strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of attaining maximum sales results
- Passion for excellent customer service and exceeding sales targets
- Outstanding negotiating, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, Salesforce CRM, Oracle ERP
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to conduct effective presentations and project recommendations
