Business Director, Retail Bank Product Strategy

Role Overview

• Apply strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges
• Team with professionals to develop and test strategies that impact the bottom line
• Act as the catalyst for innovation by leading high-intensity strategy sprints
• Define growth strategies to rapidly scale the digital footprint
• Identify new opportunities in the banking ecosystem
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Design to translate ideas into strategic roadmaps
• Lead strategy sprints and lean experiments to validate customer needs and growth opportunities
• Develop business strategies for growth and profitability
• Build economic models for product bets to ensure clear ROI and customer value

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
• At least 7 years of experience in analysis
• Master’s Degree (Preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in financial services (Preferred)
• 1+ year of experience in consulting (Preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in people management (Preferred)
