Role Overview
- Review, analysis, and processing of complex financial statements
- Completing reserve for replacement and non-critical draw requests
- Serve as the key point of customer contact with the borrower on servicing-related matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' related work experience
- Experience with loan administration, asset management/servicing, or underwriting experience
- Strong skills in Microsoft office systems and commercial loan information systems
