Flawless execution of PayPal Co-Brand programs, following all processes and meeting all requirements of the business
Partner with the client and co-brand marketing team on growth initiatives to meet or exceed portfolio goals
Develop and execute programs to drive new accounts, sales and loyalty through the entire customer lifecycle
Manage cardholder communications across a variety of digital and offline channels, throughout the customer journey
Develop product lifecycle strategies and partner with cross functional teams to deliver on initiatives to influence and change cardholder behavior
Work with internal, client and external resources to manage development of digital assets, research plans, product prototypes, and marketing collateral
Manage marketing budget tracking, invoice processing & monthly reconciliation for specific marketing programs and special initiatives
Participate in the development of marketing plans, including the annual growth plan
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or a high school equivalent plus 9+ years of marketing experience within the credit card or financial services industry
5+ years of marketing and/or retail client portfolio experience
Good understanding of credit, payments, and digital marketing
Willingness to travel 25%
