Specialty Retail Sales Specialist

Role Overview

• Actively engage with prospective customers through inbound calls, SMS, and email
• Execute targeted outbound campaigns to identify new sales opportunities
• Responsible for generating leads and managing the sales process
• Act as a subject matter expert to resolve customer inquiries

Requirements

• 2+ Years in sales and service experience
• Auto experience preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs products
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members; friendly demeanor over email and phone
• Bilingual skills are a plus (English/Spanish)
