Role Overview
- Provides Human Resource (HR) support for various operations and services
- Interacts with executives and various levels of management
- Completes actions pertaining to HR operational policies
- Reviews and processes HR transactions
- Assists with HR related communications and continuous improvement of HR practices
Requirements
- Associates' degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a Human Resource support role or higher level Administrative Assistant role
- Proven customer service orientation
- Detail oriented with a high level of organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in MS product suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Windows, Access, Visio)
