Role Overview
- Serves as a client advocate and primary point of contact
- Manages and maintains relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Assesses clients' unique insurance needs and designs tailored coverage options
- Provides personalized risk management advice
- Handles policy renewals, endorsements, and changes in coverage
- Assists clients with claims, working closely with carriers
- Conducts regular portfolio reviews with clients
Requirements
- A Property and Casualty License from state of domicile is required and must be maintained
- CPCU and/or Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) Designations, a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Four-year degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on high-net-worth clients
- Comprehensive knowledge of personal insurance products, especially for high-net-worth individuals and families
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Must have a valid driver’s license, the ability to travel to client sites and a reliable source of transportation
