Support initiatives related to footprint optimization and acquisition integration
Analyze operational data and coordinate project activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and help align project activities
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and contingency plans
Monitor progress and escalate risks or delays to management team
Create communication plans and training materials for new processes
Identify potential issues or risks and communicate them to senior team members

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, supply chain, or a related business role
Exposure to project management concepts or tools (formal certification not required)
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and common project tracking tools
