Lead end‑to‑end planning and operational execution for NI‑hosted events, tradeshows, and virtual events
Manage RFP processes, venue sourcing, site evaluations, and vendor/agency selection
Oversee logistics including room layouts, AV, catering, signage, registration, and onsite operations
Maintain scalable processes, templates, and playbooks to drive operational consistency and efficiency to enhance attendee engagement and streamline workflows
Track event performance metrics and generate insights to optimize future investments
Manage global event budgets, including forecasting, allocation, tracking, reconciliation, and financial oversight across multiple regions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8–10+ years of experience in event operations, event management, or experiential marketing (B2B preferred)
Experience with RFP management, venue sourcing, vendor/agency oversight, and budget tracking
Proficiency with event management platforms, CRM/marketing automation systems, and lead‑capture workflows
Ability to travel up to 30%, including international travel
