initiating and delivering research, analysis, and reports that measure the impact of workforce management, retail store operations, labor standards, and staffing initiatives
data collection and validation, summarization of observations, and distribution of sales reporting to deliver insights
analyze, implement, manage and monitor multiple projects including metrics and timelines for the Stores Operations area
evaluating the effectiveness of Store Operations, Store Projects, Programs and Initiatives
developing and delivering communication to upper management and stores
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years' experience
Microsoft Word, Excel (advanced), Access, Outlook, PowerPoint
Previous experience using database applications software required
Vendor created databases, and familiarity with SQL (Structured Query Language) for data mining
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to upper management
