Own the end-to-end configuration, integration, and evolution of Salesforce, Monday.com, 3rd party platforms, and associated reporting tools supporting NNME
Define system architecture and sequencing to ensure platforms are implemented in the correct order and at the appropriate maturity level
Manage day-to-day and strategic relationships with implementation vendors, platform providers, and external evaluators
Collaborate with program leadership to align platform readiness with delivery milestones, identifying and resolving system-related constraints that could delay program outcomes
Design and maintain systems that support federal reporting requirements, external evaluation needs, and audit readiness, including alignment with NSF expectations and evaluator data protocols
Requirements
5–8 years of experience in digital systems/platform management, program operations, and vendor oversight
Strong project management skills and a track record of leading cross-functional tech initiatives
Experience with Salesforce CRM, LMS platforms, and integration of third-party tools
Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Proficiency in data extraction, data analytics, and visualization tools, with experience using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, R, Python, etc.
