Role Overview

• Lead and scale a high-performing engineering organization
• Drive technical execution across PHP/React platform
• Own operational excellence of payments systems

Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering experience
• 10+ years in senior leadership roles
• Proven track record building and leading engineering teams of 30+
• Experience with payment processing and fundraising platforms
• Familiarity with PCI-DSS compliance and payment security
• Curiosity and experience driving AI adoption
• Technical expertise across PHP, .NET Core, React, and AWS
• Experience managing complex technical integrations
• Strong collaboration skills with product leadership
• DevOps practices and toolchains knowledge
