Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
VP requires minimum 10 years of progressive experience in digital media or advertising sales, with a proven record of building teams and exceeding revenue targets
Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, including programmatic, CTV, social, video, display, and performance marketing
Established relationships with key decision-makers at brands and media agencies
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning skills
Proficiency with CRM tools and analytics platforms
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and mentorship capabilities
