People Analytics Reporting Specialist

Role Overview

• Manage and deliver cyclical and time sensitive HR reports for firm leaders and regulatory bodies.
• Partner with BU and HR stakeholders on analytics requirements and data feeds.
• Develop presentations and communications that articulate data-driven insights.
• Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvement and simplification.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Demonstrable skills in Excel or similar data analysis tools and presentation development (PowerPoint) and data narration / storytelling.
• Ability to distill data into clear and actionable insights to drive decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple, complex processes and priorities.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with Snowflake is a plus.
• Knowledge of French and English is required.
