Define and maintain the product's strategic positioning, ensuring a clear value proposition, consistent messaging by segment, and alignment across branding, campaigns, and commercial messaging;
Lead the go-to-market strategy for product and feature launches, structuring integrated GTM plans across Product, Marketing, and Revenue, including definition of pricing, packaging, and communication materials;
Lead discovery processes to identify market opportunities, validate customer needs, and guide the product's strategic roadmap;
Enable Sales and Customer Success with structured value messaging, strategic materials, and continuous training to increase conversion, expansion, and retention;
Support inbound marketing campaigns and initiatives in partnership with the marketing team, ensuring message alignment and conversion to revenue.
Requirements
Strong experience in B2B SaaS environments as a Product Marketing Manager;
Ability to work effectively and persuasively with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success;
Excellent written communication skills and market awareness;
Experience in HRTechs or technology companies focused on Human Resources solutions.
