PharmaForce is a leading provider of innovative pharmacy solutions, specializing in 340B Third Party Administration and Pharmacy Benefit Management services. The Marketing Manager will drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue through strategic, data-driven marketing programs, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to strengthen the brand and elevate market position.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid media, social, web, webinars, and nurture channels
- Create programs that generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth
- Partner with sales leadership to align campaigns to revenue priorities and market opportunities
- Track campaign performance and continuously optimize results
- Own the content calendar across website, email, social media, thought leadership, and sales enablement
- Write and manage content including emails, landing pages, blogs, presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and executive communications
- Translate complex solutions into clear, compelling messaging
- Ensure consistency in voice, positioning, and brand presence across all channels
- Support launches, feature rollouts, and go-to-market initiatives
- Develop product messaging, positioning, differentiation, and customer value stories
- Create sales tools and enablement content that helps win business
- Partner with internal stakeholders to bring new solutions to market effectively
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Manage targeting, budgets, creative testing, landing page conversion, and reporting
- Improve acquisition efficiency and return on ad spend
- Stay current on new tools, tactics, and digital trends
- Manage campaigns and automation inside HubSpot
- Build workflows, forms, lists, landing pages, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Improve lead management, attribution, and lifecycle processes
- Use data and insights to improve marketing performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of marketing experience in B2B, SaaS, healthcare, technology, or growth-focused environments
- Strong experience with HubSpot
- Proven success building campaigns that drive measurable results
- Experience in content strategy, product marketing, and digital media
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong project management ability
- Analytical mindset with comfort using metrics and performance data
