Responsibility for category management and supplier relationship management for the assigned category scope
Developing and implementing a sustainable global category strategy aligned with business needs
Negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions to achieve value creation
Conducting relevant change management activities to ensure that your results are anchored in the organization
Driving and fostering strong collaboration with internal stakeholders
Identifying and mitigating potential risks within the supply chain
Delivering on global business targets and KPIs supporting the overall strategy and roadmap of Global Packaging Procurement

Strategic Procurement and/or business-related experience within Packaging for minimum 3 years
Relevant education at master level within Business, Packaging, Supply Chain, or relevant
Proven experience as a Category Manager
Knowledge from the Production or Packaging industry
Excellent negotiation skills and good knowledge of commercial agreements
Experience within Biotech, Food, Life Science or similar regulated industries is seen as an advantage
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with internal
& external stakeholders
Comfortable working in a complex, changing, and global environment
