Work with Hiring Managers and prospective candidates to schedule interviews (coordinate dates/times, invite other members of the interview team, book conference rooms, follow up with interview schedule details, coordinate travel, send/collect candidate applications, etc.).
Post open positions on Applicant Tracking System and monitor candidates daily
Assist with walk-ins and questions that employees have on a daily basis
Represent Chobani at campus recruiting events
Prepare and deliver verbal and written offers to candidates
Initialize background checks and drug screens for all new hires
Coordinate setup for all new hires with hiring manager and training department
Coordinate all onboarding efforts and regularly communicate staffing needs to our external staffing partners
Facilitate process of transitioning temporary employees to full time employment
Send new hire paperwork to all new hires coming on board and follow-up on outstanding documents
Assist with facilitating HR training as needed
Perform all administrative duties within HR department including filing, preparing new hire documents, uploading documentation to electronic systems, separation letters and any other duties as deemed necessary.
Maintain and update expired I-9 documents.
Requirements
HS Diploma required; Associates degree or higher preferred
2-3 years of HR administrative experience preferred
2-3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desire to learn all facets of Human Resources
Proven ability to multi-task
