Project Portfolio Management: Manage multiple projects within a portfolio, ensuring understanding of organizational goals and priorities. Prioritize projects based on strategic objectives, resource availability, and client needs.
Resource Allocation & Optimization: Allocate resources across multiple projects to maximize efficiency and productivity. Identify resource gaps and constraints, and collaborate with partners to address resource needs.
Budget and Financial Management: Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within budgetary constraints. Identify opportunities to improve costs and improve project profitability.
Client Relationship & Business Development: Develop relationships with clients, understanding their goals. Identify opportunities for additional business and collaborate with sales team to pursue new projects and opportunities.
Leadership & Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, guiding junior team members and fostering their professional development. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in project management and client engagement.
Risk Management: Evaluates risk assessment for complex projects. Audit projects to identify risk status. Develop and own paths to green resolutions for identified risks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar field
7+ years experience as a Project Manager or similar role within a Professional Services organization

5 years experience working with AWS Cloud
PMI Certifications (e.g. PMP)
Agile certifications (e.g. Scrum Master)
