Role Overview
- Review backlog work orders according to internal guidelines
- Work through assigned task lists, completing items
- Communicate with internal coordinators and team members to gather missing information or resolve discrepancies
- Use Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and Teams to track progress and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with other coordinators while operating as an independent contributor
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- 3+ years of experience with work order management or administrative project coordination
- High School Diploma or GED
