About this role

Shepard projects through the software development lifecycle
including user research, data analysis, designing prototypes, writing requirements, testing functionality, training users, and creating release materials
Ongoing collection of product feedback, and triage and investigation into feedback for scoping and prioritization
Data analysis, utilizing tools like DataBricks and Sisense
Collaborate cross-functionality, like assisting Customer Success with product questions and feedback, Marketing with content creation, and Services Delivery with product implementation and adoption

Strong critical thinking, time management, and project management abilities
Proficiency in data analysis
Excellent communicator, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear communication
Knowledge of design principles and experience creating designs in Figma a bonus
Familiarity with software development processes and technologies is a bonus
East Coast time zone Availability at ~7am ET to meet with colleagues in other timezones
