Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree with 2 years client management experience, or 3 years’ experience in a client management role
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability and desire to learn continually in a fast-paced, changing environment
Robust critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to efficiently organize work activities to meet deadlines
