Contributing to the evaluation of and provide recommendations on build-vs-buy decisions for new AI technology.
Acting as a subject matter expert on AI tools and trends, helping to identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency for the marketing team.
Creating technical documentation and training materials to increase technology adoption and ensure adherence to operational processes.
Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, product, and data infrastructure teams to deliver on funnel acceleration initiatives.
Working alongside Rev Ops to administer key go-to-market business systems, including Salesforce, Orum, Momentum Gong.io
Building and deploying automation (flows), validations, and applications in Salesforce
Implementing new systems and integrations as needed
Analyzing key business requirements and systems capabilities to write specifications for systems build and run end to end implementation
Creating key reports and dashboards to track systems performance and data accuracy
Writing and maintain clear documentation on systems build and integrations with other business systems

Requirements
You have 4–7 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, Solutions Engineering, or a technical automation role in a high-growth startup or SaaS environment.
You have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and automation (flows, validations, reporting, integrations), and are comfortable owning GTM systems end-to-end.
You have built prototypes or production workflows using AI APIs and automation tools, and can translate business problems into scalable technical solutions.
You understand modern B2B go-to-market motions and key revenue metrics, and can design systems that directly improve pipeline, conversion, and efficiency.
You are highly analytical and structured, able to gather requirements, write technical specifications, and lead implementations from concept to launch.
You are a strong cross-functional communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly and influence Sales, Marketing, and RevOps stakeholders.
