A skilled, proactive sourcer
Experience with Ashby or a comparable modern ATS
Demonstrated ability to drive recruiting operations
Highly organized and adept at managing multiple searches and stakeholders simultaneously
A true hiring manager partner
Excellent communicator who keeps candidates and stakeholders informed
Someone who leads with empathy, professionalism, and genuine care in every candidate interaction
