Establish clear success metrics aligned to business outcomes.
Own end-to-end product lifecycle for assortment availability logic, marketplace eligibility, and compliance capabilities.
Lead discovery, prioritization, requirement definition, and rollout.
Use data to identify gaps in availability and eligibility.
Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and measure impact.
Drive decisions grounded in analytics and measurable business outcomes.
Lead enterprise-wide discussions to align on goals, trade-offs, and execution approach.
Partner closely with engineering to shape scalable solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management, or 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Proven experience launching products in large enterprises or high-growth startups.
Experience leading end-to-end product discussions to align on goals and execution approach.
Strong strategic thinking and product vision.
Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to inform decisions.
Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate autonomously and drive outcomes without direct supervision.
Comfortable influencing stakeholders across organizations.
Nice to Have: Retail industry experience, 0-to-1 product experience, consulting background.
