Role Overview
- Manage complex programs with multiple cross team integration points
- Establish relationships with multiple vendors
- Set and meet Enterprise IT strategic goals
- Mentor others on project management methodology
- Lead cross functional project teams
- Develop work plans and monitor progress
- Coordinate the planning, management and execution of multiple related projects
- Record and monitor program/project actual costs vs. budget
- Identify variances to plan and develop mitigation plans
- Partner with departmental leadership and stakeholders for mitigation actions
Requirements
- 7 or more years of IT work experience
- 7 or more years managing projects
- At least 3 years of leadership experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field
- Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required
- Ability to use Clarity/Open Workbench tool
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Visio
